My limited shoulder flexibility above my head seriously limits me compared to other swimmers in my group, and I fail alot of these tests, however i dont know where to even start, I couldnt identify any specific obvious weakness

I'm sitting here with an icepack on my shoulder, watching this video. You really opened my eyes. I've been plagued by shoulder pains for years, and watching this video helped me understand why. I've recently started working on rings, and I absolutely love it. I've learned a lot about my shoulders during that time too, because the rings have actually made it better. Now I also know why. I've always loved flexibly training, but I spent most of my time on legs. I didn't realize I could do the same for my shoulders. I'm really excited to get back to the gym now, to try a lot of new stuff. I even watched this video twice. Thanks :) Subscribed.

El cuerpo humano es maravilloso, asi como de todo ser. Cómo creer en la estúpida evolución de Darwin. Hay un ser supremo que hizo el diseño perfecto, todo obedece a una creacion de un ser supreo, llamado Dios.

mine of gold in terms of information. If I had a critique in this video it would be maybe pairing exercises that can improve each range depending on what area of the shoulder joint the person needing to work on. I know you dabbled in exercises which could improve overall health, but maybe more specific exercises when you talk about each assessment. Amazing video and way more knowledge than many coaches I have seen on UA-cam
